Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plain rules for money: how to cancel, what we refund, what we do not, and how to raise a billing problem.
Last updated August 28, 2026 · GrowOutly, Inc.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from account settings, or by emailing support@growoutly.com from the address on the account. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data remains available for export for 30 days after that.
2. When we refund
- Billing errors. If we charged you the wrong amount, charged you after a valid cancellation, or double-charged you, we refund the difference in full.
- First-period goodwill. If you cancel within 14 days of your very first paid subscription charge and you have used less than 20% of your plan allowance, we will refund that first charge in full on request.
- Material service failure. If a fault on our side prevents you using the platform for a prolonged period, we will credit or refund the affected portion of your subscription.
- Material change to your plan. If we materially reduce the core functionality of your plan as described in the Terms of Service, you may cancel for a prorated refund of the unused portion of the current term.
3. When we do not refund
- Partial months after the first period. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are not prorated on cancellation.
- Unused allowance. Minutes, messages, and emails you did not use do not roll over and are not refundable.
- Usage already delivered. Calls connected, messages sent, and emails delivered are consumed and cannot be refunded, including where a campaign underperformed.
- Third-party charges. Number porting fees, carrier registration fees, and fees for independent callers engaged through the professional network are passed through and are not refundable once incurred.
- Accounts terminated for abuse. Where we terminate for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, fees already paid are not refunded.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the difference, prorated for the remainder of the current cycle, and your allowance increases at once.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle, so you keep the allowance you already paid for.
5. Overage and spend caps
Usage above your monthly allowance is billed at your plan overage rate on the next invoice. If you would rather stop than be charged, set a hard spend cap in account settings; when the cap is hit, outbound usage pauses until the next cycle or until you raise the cap.
If you believe overage was recorded in error — for example a routing fault that created duplicate call legs — contact support with the dates and we will investigate and credit any confirmed error.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails we retry over several days and notify you. If it remains unpaid we may suspend the account. Suspension does not cancel the subscription; contact us to settle the balance and restore access. Accounts suspended for more than 30 days may be closed and their data deleted.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@growoutly.com from the account email address with the invoice number and a short description of the problem. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback automatically suspends the account while the dispute is open, and we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply and conflict with this policy, those rights prevail.
