Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This page lists the categories we use, what they are for, and how to turn the optional ones off.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; where this policy says “cookies” it covers all of them.
2. Categories we use

3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by providers we use to run the site and the product — for example analytics, error monitoring, our help desk widget, and payment processing during checkout. These providers may receive your IP address and information about your visit. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. How to control cookies
- Consent banner. Where required by law we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the site footer.
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and other core functions.
- Do Not Track. There is no consistent industry standard for DNT signals, so our site does not currently respond to them. We do honour Global Privacy Control signals where legally required.
5. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last for a set period — typically up to 12 months for analytics and preference cookies, and shorter for security tokens. You can delete them sooner at any time from your browser.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this page when we add or remove tooling. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
